Carr Engineering & Construction, Inc. was founded in June,
1991 by Michael V. Carr, a Certified General Contractor and Registered
Professional Engineer. Mr. Carr is a West Point Graduate who holds
a Master's Degree in Facilities Engineering. He has worked as a
Project Engineer for the Corps of Engineers and as the Project Engineer
for the Germany and Italy Pavilions at Disney's Epcot Center.
He came to Panama City from Jacksonville, Florida where he managed
a $13 million expansion of the Gator Bowl that was completed in
a ten-month period. Locally, he was appointed as Project Manager
for Phoenix Construction Services in Lynn Haven. and managed multiple
projects throughout the Southeast. In 1991, he opened Carr Engineering
& Construction, Inc. in Panama City and then in 1994 built a
new 3,000 square foot office complex in Panama City Beach on Panama
City Beach Parkway.

Civil and Structural Engineering for projects of all sizes and complexity,
which focus upon Site Design and Structural Integrity of Buildings
located in a Coastal/Hurricane Zone and General Construction of
commercial, industrial facilities and residential.

Carr Engineering & Construction, Inc. also offers complete
Design~Build Services, including Feasibility & Planning, Design,
Permitting, and Construction. The Design~Build concept is geared
to saving the client time and money by eliminating the need to deal
with the numerous professionals traditionally involved in completing
a project, facilitating transition of the project from phase to
phase, and allowing the earliest possible occupancy.
