This Design-Build Contract consisted of new Facilities for an Automotive Center, located on Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach. The complex included an Automotive Store, a three-stall Garage, and office facilities.

Once the site was selected, the Owner contracted with Carr Engineering & Construction, Inc. to design and build the project. The Work included Site Design, Structural Design, Permitting, and Construction. The Contract Amount for the Project was just under $200,000 and was completed in less than four months.
